This update brings a major improvement to ZitateBot, focused on making quotes easier to manage, safer to use, and more convenient for both server members and server managers.

### Changes

• New web dashboard
• ZitateBot can now be managed through a dedicated web dashboard.

The dashboard allows configuration of the most important bot settings in one place, including:

• quotes channel
• quoter role
• announcement channel
• update announcements
• user permissions
• bot language
• dashboard language

Instead of relying only on Discord roles, access can now be granted per user:

• Web panel access allows a user to open the dashboard
• ZBAdmin access allows a user to use /zbadmin commands

This makes permission management much clearer and more flexible.

It now includes:

• user search
• page size selection
• scrollable user lists
• sync status while switching servers

Multilingual support

• The dashboard language and the bot language can be configured separately.

Improved quote handling

• Quote numbering is now handled per quotes channel instead of server-wide.
• Quote recovery was also improved:
• manually deleted bot quotes are restored automatically
• quotes with image links are restored more reliably
• users are asked to use the proper bot delete command instead of deleting quotes directly (if audeting is enabled on the Server on bot join)

Easier usage for normal members

• If no quoter role is configured, all members on the server can use the normal /zb commands.

Overall, this version makes ZitateBot much easier to manage and more reliable in everyday use.
